We process payments with M-Pesa, an external payments platform that allows you to process transactions with a variety of payment methods. Funds from M-Pesa sales on Acrab will be deposited into your Mpesa account.
Now sit back, relax and wait for the potential buyers to contact you regarding goods and/or services you are offering and start earning money and building contact.
You get paid once the customer receives the product that he/she has ordered.
By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your Acrab Store account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.
The instructions to activate your account will be sent to your email once you have submitted the registration form. After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make payment or cancel your order. Note: We cannot give refunds once payment is verified.
product ordering is on ‘first-come-first-served’ basis. To ensure that you get your desired products, it is recommended that you make your payment within 60 minutes of checking out.
Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.
Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical.
